Since 2021 we provide tailor-made services through our Yacht Care Subscriptions. With teams based in Cannes and Saint-Tropez we provide full Care services for year-round yacht ownership. As official Vanquish Yachts partner, we provide our Care services to Vanquish Yachts owners. Additionally, we handle the after-sales and warranty services, manage the demonstration yachts, work together during yacht shows and represent Vanquish Yachts in France.

What will be your role as Head of Hospitality?

Head of Hospitality is a new role within our team which means that your tasks and responsibilities will need to develop over time. All depending on your capability and ambitions. Our business is highly customer driven that asks for a huge amount of assertiveness and flexibility.

 

Your job consists out of a variety of tasks, but your main focus is the following:

  • You are our first point of contact for the visitors of our office and apply your hospitality skills to the fullest. Let the client feel appreciated and welcome!
  • Drawing up charter agreements and making sure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Administrative tasks such as invoicing, registration and compose business reports.
  • Welcoming clients at the beginning of their day out at sea, explain them the planning of the day.
  • Restaurant reservations for our clients.
  • All together you are the spider in the web of our constantly developing operation!
  • Co-coordinate events such our yearly owner’s event, Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Yachting Festival and Monaco Yacht show and much more…
  • Support in social media and marketing activities.

 

Must haves

Because we work in an exclusive and dynamic sector, we ask for several requirements to make sure you are the right fit for the job:

 

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic hands-on Head of Hospitality with strong communication skills and a passion in the yachting and hospitality industry.
  • A background or study in the hospitality or commercial sector is a must.
  • You master the English language and have a decent understanding of the French language.
  • Availability from May 1st, 2025.
  • In possession of a driver’s license.
  • A completed higher vocational education.
  • You know how to prioritize; in the broadest sense of the word!
